Job Description
Act as the single point of contact for laboratory clients
Handle client queries related to tests, samples, reports, and services
Coordinate with lab operations and logistics to ensure timely service and TAT
Maintain regular communication to ensure client satisfaction
Bill confirmation and Follow up with clients for pending payments as per agreed terms
Coordinate with finance and sales teams for billing and payment issues
Update all client communication, billing status, and follow-ups in the CRM system
Resolve client complaints and escalate issues when required
Prepare basic CRM, outstanding, and follow-up reports
Follow laboratory SOPs, quality standards, and confidentiality policies
Experience In Hospitals, Diagnostic Industry Preferred.
Timing - 2pm to 10.30pm
