Job Description

The Receptionist / Assistant will manage front-desk operations, handle incoming calls, welcome visitors, and ensure smooth coordination within the office while maintaining a professional and pleasant demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors at the reception
  • Handle incoming phone calls and redirect them appropriately
  • Maintain visitor logs and manage appointments

Eligibility Criteria

  • SSC or HSC passed
  • 15 years of experience in front-desk or receptionist roles
  • Good communication skills and pleasant personality
