Receptionist & Patient Coordinator responsibilities and duties:

● Manage reception and coordinate patient appointments.

● Attend incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries professionally.

● Contact, follow up with and understand prospective patients.

● Convert genuine enquiries into consultations and treatments.

● Maintain accurate lead, appointment and patient records.

● Coordinate smoothly between patients and the clinical team.

Receptionist & Patient Coordinator qualifications and skills:

● Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.

● Confident and professional telephone manner.

● Good interpersonal and organisational skills.

● Strong follow-up ability and willingness to achieve targets.

● Basic computer and WhatsApp skills.

● Previous experience in reception, telecalling, sales or healthcare is preferred.

● Responsible, empathetic, willing to learn and comfortable speaking with people.
