Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the front office email and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organized.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide information about the organization and assist visitors as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment, including printers and copiers.
- Customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor. Well-groomed appearance.
