We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist and Front Office Assistant to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage the front office email and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organized.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide information about the organization and assist visitors as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment, including printers and copiers.
  • Customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor. Well-groomed appearance.
