.Handle visitor registration and ensure compliance with company procedures.
. Provide direct administrative and personal support to the Director/Management.
. Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
. Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
. Assist with personal errands and ad-hoc tasks when required.
. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
. Manage office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
. Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital).
. Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
. Support company events, travel bookings, and logistics.
. Other ad-hoc duties whenever required
Requirements
. Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field(preferred).
. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative role.
. Strong organizational and time management skills.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
. Ability to multitask and work independently.
. High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
