Receptionist Activities

Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, welcoming visitors and managing front desk activities. This role is perfect for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to start their career in a dynamic office environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Provide information to clients and visitors about the company and services offered
• Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments or staff
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with scheduling software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in office management is a plus
