Job Summary:

Urgently looking for a presentable and well-spoken Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage front desk and welcome visitors professionally

Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned department

Send and receive emails and maintain proper communication

Perform basic data entry and documentation

Use MS Excel and MS Word for daily office work

Support basic administrative and coordination tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Presentable personality with a professional attitude

Good verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of basic MS Excel & MS Word

Ability to send and manage emails

Basic computer knowledge

Punctual, organized, and responsible
