We're Hiring for Rebar Estimator (13 Years Experience US Standards)

Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu (Work from Office Only)

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Rebar Estimator with 13 years of experience working with US standards. If you're detail-oriented, technically sound, and ready to grow with a global team we'd love to connect with you!

Qualifications :

1. Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering

2. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in rebar estimating (preferably for US projects)

Requirements :

1. Strong knowledge of US standards, especially ACI, CRSI, and relevant codes

2. Solid understanding of structural drawings, shop drawings, and detailing

3. Good mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

4. Effective written and verbal communication skills

5. Ability to read and interpret structural & architectural drawings

6. Proficiency in Excel and estimation software/tools (Like a ASA, etc.)

7. High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines

8. Good coordination and teamwork skills able to liaise with project teams, and clients

9. Flexibility to handle multiple estimates/projects simultaneously

10. Willingness to learn and adapt to US construction practices and standards

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Review structural and architectural drawings to quantify rebar requirements

2. Prepare accurate and timely estimates for project planning

3. Coordinate with engineers, and project managers to clarify scope, assumptions, and discrepancies

4. Track and maintain records of all estimates, revisions, and supporting calculations

5. Ensure estimates are delivered on schedule with a high level of quality and consistency
