Rebar Detailer - Tekla

Job Description:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering.

• 4+ years of experience in rebar detailing specifically for US projects using Tekla Structures.

• Strong knowledge of concrete reinforcement design principles and US detailing standards (ACI codes and industry standards).

• Proficiency in BIM modeling and producing accurate shop drawings, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).

• Strong ability to read and interpret complex structural and architectural drawings and specifications.

• Ability to perform quantity take-offs, support estimation activities, and coordinate closely with project managers and engineering teams.

• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a remote work environment.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills for seamless coordination with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, clients, and engineers.

• Familiarity with precast detailing and general construction practices is an added advantage.
