Job description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Rebar Detailer who can act as a senior figure within the design team. You will be under the Structural design team; detailing the concrete structures related to Building Service in accordance with applicable standards and contract requirements, using relevant Design software like AutoCAD/ CADSRC/Rebar CAD etc.

Experience    : 4+years

Location        : Chennai

Degree          : Diploma in civil/ B.E/B.Tech

JOB DESCRPTION

Prepare Shop detailed drawings of reinforced concrete elements like Foundation, columns, beams, walls/core wall/shear walls, slab, Elevator structure, stair etc.

To generate Bar Bending Schedule manually as well with industrial software's

Ability to manage Structural steel, Architectural & MEP functional drawings will be added an advantages 

Review and analyze the project documents identifying the drawing and specification conflicts, insufficient information, and missing dimensions.

Coordinate and communicate with clients & team members.

Working as part of a project team to provide deliverables and meet deadlines while providing quality control quality assurance to ensure these deliverables are on - time and of a high quality.

To perform quality checks

Preparation of Roof framing and arrangement drawings

Preparation of Foundation arrangement with detailed drawings

Detailed structural fabrication drawings showing details for fabrication (Joint welding details, Riveting details etc.)

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Degree in Civil Diploma/B.Tech with 5+ years experience in Building services industry as a Draftsman 

Good Communication knowledge's

Experience in using various internationals codes and standards like BS & EN codes

Experience in working for an international client / projects a plus 

Experience in BIM (Building information modeling) methodology /Modular building design/PEMBs/ Green building design concepts would be a plus

Should be able to learn and understand a variety of structures and construction sequences.
