Responsibilities
- Produce error-free shop drawings for rebar fabrication and installation.
- Detail all types of structures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve any detailing issues.
- Ensure all detailing work complies with relevant ACI (American Concrete Institute) standards.
- Meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality output.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience working specifically in a U.S. Rebar detailing environment.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of ACI standards for detailing.
- Proficiency in rebar detailing software (e.g., AutoCAD, Rebar CAD, Tekla Structures, or similar).
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
- Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE) or Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Civil.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
