Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Realtor role based in Bengaluru. The Realtor will guide clients through the entire property buying and selling cycle, including understanding requirements, conducting property searches, organizing site visits, and presenting suitable premium residential options. The role involves negotiating offers, assisting with documentation, coordinating with developers, lawyers, and financial institutions, and ensuring smooth closure of transactions. The Realtor will maintain and update property listings, track market trends in Bangalore, and provide investment-focused advisory where applicable. The position also includes ongoing client relationship management, after-sales follow-up, and collaboration with the internal team to achieve sales and service goals.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of local Real Estate regulations and practices.
- Proven experience in Sales with a focus on residential Real Property transactions, preferably in premium or luxury segments.
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Bangalore real estate markets, upcoming developments, and investment-oriented advisory is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with digital tools and real estate CRM systems for managing leads, listings, and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site, including attending client meetings and property visits across Bengaluru, with a self-driven and ethical approach.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
