Job Description: Video Editor & Graphic Designer (Real Estate)

Location: Kondapur,Hyderabad

Experience: 13 years (Real Estate experience preferred)

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can support our real estate marketing team with high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate should have experience in the real estate industry, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle both video and graphic design projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing Responsibilities:

Edit property walkthroughs, drone footage, client testimonials, and promotional videos.

Create engaging short-form videos for social media (Reels, Shorts, etc.).

Add transitions, animations, sound, voiceovers, and color grading.

Organize raw footage and deliver output in required formats.

Work closely with the marketing team to bring creative ideas to life.

Graphic Design Responsibilities:

Design real estate creatives such as brochures, flyers, banners, carousels, and ads.

Create hoardings, branding materials, event creatives, and project visuals.

Prepare design assets for social media, website, and print.

Maintain brand consistency across all designs.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in required tools (for video editing & graphic design)

Good understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and visual storytelling.

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Real estate industry experience is highly preferred.

Additional Requirements:

Having your own laptop is an added advantage.

Strong creativity, communication skills, and attention to detail.
