Profile : Sales Executive/ Sales Manager

Salary : 3Lpa - 6.5Lpa + Unlimited Incentives

Location : B-1/B-2, Sector-1, Ground Floor, Noida, (Nearest Metro station, Noida Sec-15) , Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Must Have :

  • Good Communication skills
  • Should be comfortable for field work.
  • Must have 2 wheeler with driving license.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Contacting potential clients to arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organisation and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
