NIMS University is expanding its operations team! We're looking for a Real-Time Dialer Monitoring & MIS Executive who can ensure smooth dialer operations, accurate reporting, and real-time performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor dialer performance and agent activities in real time.
- Generate and maintain daily MIS reports on calling productivity, lead status, and system performance.
- Identify downtime or technical issues and raise timely escalations.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless functioning of the dialer.
- Provide data insights to enhance process efficiency and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and Excel/reporting skills.
- Experience with dialer tools such as Ameyo, Exotel, Merrito, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle fast-paced operational environments.
- Must be willing to work on-site at NIMS University, Jaipur.
