Job Responsibilities :

Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure RESTful APIs and web services.
Drive technical discussions, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to clean code practices and architecture standards.
Work hands-on with technologies including Node.js, Nest.js, React/Next.js, and TypeScript.
Design and optimize relational and non-relational databases (preferably MongoDB and MySQL).
Ensure adherence to operational processes such as TAT for bugs, CMC, RCA, and other critical incident protocols.
Contribute to and enforce documentation standards across the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams to ensure cloud readiness and performance optimization.

Required Skills

Understanding of frameworks like Next.js, Nest.js.
Knowledge of SAST (eg SonarQube, Snyk etc), DAST (eg Checkmarks etc) is good to have.
Nice to have Kafka, Redis, and Microservices.
A desire to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment by taking ownership and delivering the performance.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, system design, and architectural patterns.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process bottlenecks and recommending solutions.
