Job Responsibilities :

Participate in customer calls to gather technical and business requirements.
Conduct discovery workshops and convert requirements into clear solution documents.
Understand customer pain points and map them with cloud-native solutions.
Prepare solution outlines, HLDs, LLDs, BOMs, and feasibility assessments.
Support solution design across OpenStack + any one public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Basic to intermediate-level involvement in Kubernetes, microservices, and container workloads.
Work with senior architects when deeper expertise is required.
Prepare proposals, SoWs, technical write-ups, architecture diagrams.
Respond to RFIs/RFPs with clear, structured documentation.
Maintain updated templates, diagrams, and reusable assets.
Conduct product demos and cloud walkthroughs for customers.
Assist in executing POCs with support from the engineering team.
Work closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure alignment from proposal to handover.
