Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager Channel Partner to develop and manage channel partner networks for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through brokers, IPCs, and channel partners while achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and expand channel partner (CP) network to drive sales for residential/commercial projects.

Maintain strong relationships with existing brokers and IPCs.

Conduct regular meetings, project presentations, and site visits for channel partners.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through channel sales.

Coordinate with marketing team for CP events, launches, and promotional activities.

Ensure timely submission of booking forms and documentation from CPs.

Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

Resolve CP queries and provide necessary sales support.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate channel sales.

Strong network of local brokers and channel partners.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Target-driven and self-motivated personality.

Good knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

MBA (Marketing) preferred.
