Position: Real Estate Valuation Executive / Valuer (3 positions)

Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 year

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Valuation Executive to conduct valuation of land, residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of valuation methods and practical field experience in site inspections and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct physical site inspections for land & building properties.

Analyse property documents, market data, locality trends & comparables.

Prepare valuation reports as per RBI guidelines & relevant standards.

Conduct cost, market & income approach-based valuation analysis.

Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, developers, brokers & clients for data collection.

Review technical drawings, approved plans, area calculations & encumbrances.

Maintain valuation records, MIS updates & timely submission of reports.

Identify risks & provide clarity on assumptions and basis of valuation.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Urban Planning / Real Estate or equivalent.

Additional certifications in Property Valuation / IOV / RICS / IBBI (preferred but not mandatory).

Sound understanding of market valuation trends, government guidelines & compliance norms.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and mathematical ability.

Good communication & interpersonal skills.

Report drafting and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.

Willingness to travel for site inspections.
