This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Trainer cum Floor Manager located in Gurugram. The individual will be responsible for training real estate professionals, ensuring sales team effectiveness, and managing daily floor operations. Key tasks include providing coaching sessions, monitoring performance, implementing best practices, and fostering a results-driven work environment. The role requires strong leadership abilities and hands-on involvement in the daily management of the sales floor team.

• Experience in Real Estate training, sales techniques, and operations management
• Proven skills in team leadership, staff management, and motivation
• Ability to communicate effectively, conduct presentations, and mentor team members
• Understanding of market trends, real estate regulations, and customer relations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and tools is a plus
• Relevant certifications or degrees in real estate, business, or related fields are advantageous
