Role Overview

The Telecaller / Telesales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential investors and builders, explaining RIBITTO's fractional real estate model, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and engage potential clients to promote RIBITTO's property investment opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, referrals, and follow-ups.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate site visits for the sales team.
  • Maintain records of leads, calls, and follow-ups in CRM.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (real estate experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred.
  • Goal-oriented, confident, and willing to learn.
  • Proficient with basic computer and CRM tools.
