Location: Thane, Mumbai

Experience: Freshers & Experienced

Salary: 18,000/month + Performance Incentives

Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM

Weekly Off: Monday

Employment: Full-Time / Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle real estate leads through calls.

* Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.

* Explain project details and handle customer objections.

* Generate and schedule site visits.

* Follow up with leads and customers.

* Maintain lead details and updates in CRM/tracking systems.

Requirements:

* Hindi communication is mandatory; Marathi preferred.

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Strong follow-up and sales ability.

* Target-oriented and customer-focused.

* Basic computer/CRM knowledge.

* Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude can apply.

* Real-estate telecalling, telesales, inside sales or pre-sales experience is preferred.
