Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Real Estate Team Leader. The primary responsibilities include leading and managing a team of real estate professionals to achieve sales targets and organizational goals. The role entails overseeing brokerage activities, developing strategic plans, mentoring team members, and coordinating with clients and real estate developers to drive business growth. The Team Leader is also expected to foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven abilities in Team Management and Team Leadership
  • Experience in Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate transactions
  • Strong Communication skills for client interactions and team coordination
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving expertise
  • Previous experience in real estate or sales leadership roles is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of the Indian real estate market and its trending dynamics
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
