Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Specialist located in Ahmedabad, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for managing client inquiries, providing expert advice on property sales and investments, guiding property searches, conducting negotiations, and coordinating property transactions. Additionally, the role involves building strong relationships with customers, ensuring an excellent client experience, and staying updated on market trends and developments to offer strategic property solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate practices, including property management, sales, and market analysis.
• Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience or knowledge in Real Estate Development and Sales processes.
• Familiarity with Real Property regulations and practices to ensure compliance and informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Keen understanding of the Ahmedabad real estate market is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred.
