Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist based in Varanasi. The Real Estate Specialist will manage real property transactions, oversee real estate development, provide customer service to clients, and engage in sales activities to support business growth. Additional responsibilities may include market research, site analysis, and portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Experience in Real Estate Development processes
• Strong skills in Sales, particularly within the real estate sector
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with local property laws and regulations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred
