Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Real Estate Executive responsible for driving
leasing and sales of commercial properties including office spaces, coworking solutions, retail outlets,
and industrial units. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver consultative real estate solutions by understanding client business needs and
recommending strategically aligned properties
Conduct high-impact site visits and professional property presentations to corporate clients
Manage the complete leasing and sales lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from inquiry to
successful closure
Lead commercial negotiations with clients and property owners to secure optimal deal
outcomes
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, developers, and channel partners
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workspace customization and deal execution
Monitor market trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activity to stay ahead in a dynamic
market
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for leads, client interactions, and transactions to
support data-driven decisions Drive property promotion and visibility through structured data
management and strong coordination
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of commercial leasing, coworking, and managed office spaces
Client-focused approach with problem-solving mindset
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Good understanding of Gurgaon/NCR commercial real estate market
Qualifications
Graduate and Post Graduate both can apply for this position / field operations / inventory
management
Fresher with fieldwork readiness can apply
Work Details
Location: Gurgaon
Working Days: 6 days/week ( Monday to Saturday ) – 10:00 A.M. to 6:30 P.M.
Job Type: Field + Office (client meetings & site visits involved)
Salary: 3-4.8 lpa
