Roles & Responsibilities
- Work on growing a strong channel partner (CP) network for Pune zone and driving sales through them.
- Channel Management -Sourcing Deals from Channel Partners for New Home Sales.
- Conducting regular CP meetings and periodically activating new CPs in the allocated micro-market
- Ensure retention and engagement with existing CPs by providing support and maximize business from a set of identified channel partners and continuously adding to the base of engaged channel partners.
- Identifying the right sets of channel partners to work on focused projects.
- Assist in organizing and managing channel partner workshops and events
- Manage any complaints from the respective activated CPs.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ready to go on field. Self-vehicle (mandatory).
- Real estate experience working with a developer in channel partnering role will be added benefit.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in an organization with minimum 1-2 appraisals in the same organization
