What You Bring to the Table
- Proven Grit: 26 years of experience managing Real Estate Channel Partners.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional English skills; fluency in Hindi and Kannada is a major advantage for navigating the local ecosystem.
- Data Literacy: You are comfortable with CRM systems and Excel, using data to drive your decisions rather than just intuition.
- Operational Discipline: The ability to manage complex timelines, multitask across stakeholders, and maintain a high standard of customer service.
