Role Overview

The Customer Acquisition & Lead Qualification Specialist will be responsible for managing incoming leads, qualifying genuine buyers, and ensuring only high-intent, budget-fit prospects are passed to the sales team. The role focuses on lead screening, nurturing, and conversion support, not paid lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads received from digital campaigns, property portals, walk-ins, and channel partners.
  • Qualify buyer leads based on budget, location preference, intent, timeline, and funding readiness.
  • Filter out non-serious, broker, or irrelevant inquiries.
  • Conduct initial buyer conversations via call, WhatsApp, or email to understand requirements.
  • Assign only qualified and verified leads to the sales team.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and lead nurturing until the site visit is ready.
  • Maintain accurate lead data, notes, and status updates in CRM.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to track lead progress and feedback.
  • Re-engage cold or dropped leads through structured follow-up plans.
  • Support site visit scheduling and pre-visit buyer alignment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 36 years of experience in real estate lead management, pre-sales, or customer acquisition support.
  • Strong understanding of real estate buyer psychology and qualification criteria.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Ability to handle high lead volumes while maintaining quality.
  • Strong coordination skills with sales teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with mid-segment or luxury residential projects.
  • Knowledge of the Gurgaon / NCR real estate market.
  • Experience in handling high-ticket buyer inquiries (2 Cr+).
