Small Briefing/Desirable Criteria:

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

It's a simple Business Analyst role with experience in Corporate Real Estate (CRE) - Must Have

7+ Years of experience into Business Analysis (Requirement Gathering/Data Management)

Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management experience Building Management Systems (BMS), Integrated Workflow Management Systems (IWMS) - Good to have

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt (Certification or Knowledge Preferred)

Responsible for the collection and analysis of data from contemporary and emerging systems and technologies
