Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Specialist based in Gurgaon. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, conducting market research, generating leads, and maintaining client relationships. Additional responsibilities will include property presentations, guiding clients through transactions, and coordinating with different teams during real estate developments and property sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build effective relationships
• Proficiency in Real Estate Development and Sales processes
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and meet deadlines
• Relevant certifications in real estate or a related field preferred
