This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist based in Gurgaon. The Real Estate Specialist will handle property sourcing, sales, and real estate development projects. Responsibilities include building relationships with potential clients, guiding them through property transactions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role may also involve evaluating real property opportunities and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve business goals.

• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Estate Development
• Strong Customer Service skills with an ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in Sales and an understanding of market trends within the real estate industry
• Knowledge of Real Property transactions and regulations
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon and effectively manage multiple projects
• Relevant certifications in real estate or a Bachelor's degree in a related field are advantageous
