We are looking for a proactive and confident Property Sourcing Executive to connect with prospective property owners, Developers & Brokers interested in selling or leasing their properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with property owners, Developers & Brokers who are looking to sell or lease their properties 

• Gather complete property details including location, pricing, property type, area, amenities, and ownership information 

• Maintain accurate records of all conversations and property information 

• Conduct a high volume of calls and Messages daily and follow up with leads regularly 

• Build positive relationships with property owners through professional communication 

• Coordinate with the internal team for property verification and onboarding 

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities 

• Comfortable handling outbound, inbound calls & Messages daily 

• Basic knowledge of real estate/property terminology is a plus 

• Ability to maintain organized data and follow processes 

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive attitude 

Preferred Skills

• Experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or real estate 

• Good listening and relationship-building skills
