Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Salesperson role based in Kolkata. The Real Estate Salesperson will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property showings, and guiding clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand their needs, presenting suitable real property options, coordinating site visits, negotiating terms, and supporting documentation and closing activities. The role involves maintaining an up-to-date understanding of local real estate trends, property values, and regulatory requirements, as well as updating listings and CRM records. The Real Estate Salesperson will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth, professional client experience and meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Real Estate, Real Property, and understanding of local market dynamics.
- Valid Real Estate License or eligibility and willingness to obtain the required license promptly.
- Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to build trust, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, including flexibility for client meetings, property visits, and weekend showings when needed.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
- Comfort with basic digital tools such as email, spreadsheets, CRM or listing platforms; familiarity with real estate software is a plus.
- Previous experience in real estate sales or related customer-facing sales roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Commitment to ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and maintaining confidentiality of client information.
