About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing property sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, site visits, and referrals

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

Conduct property presentations and site visits

Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve sales targets

Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners

Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline

Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and competitor offerings

Requirements & Skills

Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Knowledge of local real estate market is a plus
