Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Salesperson role based in canal Road Dehradun. Responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their real estate needs, promoting property offerings, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires staying informed about real estate market trends, property regulations, and maintaining a professional network within the industry.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Real Estate, Real Property, and a valid Real Estate License
• Strong Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and foster positive relationships
• Experience and proactive approach in Sales, with a track record of achieving targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the local real estate market is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
