Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Real Estate Salesperson. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, delivering superior customer service, negotiating contracts, and staying informed about current market trends. The Real Estate Salesperson will also be responsible for developing client relationships, managing property listings, and ensuring a seamless and successful real estate experience for all customers.

Qualifications
  • Possess a valid Real Estate License and proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property-related knowledge
  • Strong Customer Service skills and a commitment to delivering client-focused solutions
  • Experience in Sales with demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, strategically, and with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with the Gurugram real estate market is an advantage
  • Proficiency in real estate management software and tools is beneficial
