Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson based in Hyderabad. The Real Estate Salesperson will actively engage with prospective clients, guide them through the buying process, and facilitate smooth real estate transactions. Responsibilities include showcasing properties, providing excellent customer service, maintaining market knowledge, coordinating property visits, and meeting sales targets. The role requires building strong client relationships and promoting Kaakatiya Group's offerings with professionalism and expertise.

Qualifications
  • Customer Service proficiency and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Property laws
  • Understanding of Real Estate principles, including property sales processes
  • Effective Sales skills, including negotiation, persuasion, and closing strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales goals and work in a team
  • Proficiency in local market trends and practices; familiarity with the Hyderabad real estate market is a plus
