Job Summary
We are looking for a Cluster Head to lead and drive the real estate sales business for the Thane & Navi Mumbai cluster. The role requires strong ownership of business performance, team management, sales execution, and overall cluster profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the overall P&L for the Thane & Navi Mumbai cluster.
- Lead, guide, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Monitor daily team pipeline management, lead conversion, and site visit productivity.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to optimize sales strategy.
- Maintain high standards of operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with builder partners for smooth sales execution and timely closures.
- Accompany team members on site visits and support them in deal closures.
- Share regular performance updates, business insights, and sales reports with leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in real estate sales.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in team handling.
- Strong understanding of sales planning, target achievement, and cluster business management.
- Good knowledge of P&L management and business operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-driving capabilities.
- Proven ability to drive closures and deliver business results.
