Job Description – Real Estate Sales

Location: Andheri East, Sakinaka, Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 6 months

Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)

Communication: Fluent English (Mandatory)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound calls, online platforms, and other marketing channels.
• Contact potential clients and understand their real estate requirements.
• Promote properties and explain project details, pricing, and available options.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with clients for property viewings.
• Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
• Maintain client databases and update lead status in the CRM system.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide professional assistance throughout the sales process.
• Achieve monthly lead generation, site visit, and sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales, lead generation, telesales, or a related sales profile.
• Fluent English communication skills are compulsory.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and meet sales targets.
• Candidates must be comfortable working from the Andheri East, Sakinaka location.
