Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role located in Ahmedabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include building client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and managing property documentation. Collaboration with team members and maintaining excellent client service standards is essential in this role.
Qualifications
- Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Estate practices
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure excellent client experiences
- Experience in Sales and knowledge of Real Property transactions
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to handle negotiations effectively and close deals
- Proficiency in local property market trends and regulations is a plus
- Self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
