Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Real Estate Sales Professional. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties. The role involves managing property portfolios, providing excellent customer service, conducting property showings, fostering relationships with clients and developers, and negotiating deals to meet client needs. Professionals will be expected to stay updated on market trends and maintain a thorough knowledge of Gurgaon's real estate landscape.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid Real Estate License
• Proficient in Sales and Real Estate operations
• Knowledge of Real Property regulations and market trends
• Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills
• Effective communication abilities and interpersonal skills
• Proactivity, negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in real estate or sales is a plus
• Familiarity with Gurgaon's residential and commercial property market
