Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales professional, located in Gurgaon. The individual will manage day-to-day activities such as assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property viewings, establishing relationships with potential clients, negotiating deals, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves maintaining market knowledge to provide accurate property valuations and advice.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License and knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
• Skills in Real Estate transactions and understanding of Real Property concepts
• Strong Sales and negotiation abilities
• Excellent Customer Service and client relationship-building skills
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market is a plus
