Role Description This full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role is based in Pimpri Chinchwad and focuses on supporting clients through the entire property transaction cycle. The Real Estate Sales professional will identify and qualify leads, conduct property showings, and provide consultative guidance on suitable residential options. Daily tasks include maintaining listings, preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with developers and property owners, and ensuring timely follow-up with prospective buyers. The role also involves negotiating offers, assisting clients with closing processes, and delivering high-quality customer service that reflects MANSION REALTORS standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Estate regulations and practices.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills and proven experience in Real Property transactions.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills with a client-focused, consultative approach.
• Candidates should possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates should possess basic proficiency with digital tools, property listing platforms, and CRM software.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site, manage multiple leads, and meet sales targets.
• Prior experience in the Pune or Pimpri Chinchwad real estate market and fluency in local languages is an advantage.
