Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance
- Generate leads through various channels such as referrals, digital marketing, and site visits
- Handle direct sales, client meetings, and property presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Ensure timely closure of deals and proper documentation
- Coordinate with marketing, legal, and CRM teams for smooth operations
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support
