Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance
  • Generate leads through various channels such as referrals, digital marketing, and site visits
  • Handle direct sales, client meetings, and property presentations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Ensure timely closure of deals and proper documentation
  • Coordinate with marketing, legal, and CRM teams for smooth operations
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Good knowledge of the real estate market and property laws
  • Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
  • Ability to handle high-value clients and pressure situations
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 2–10 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
