Role Description The Real Estate Sales Manager will lead and manage sales operations, with a focus on residential and investment properties in Thane and surrounding markets. This full-time, on-site role in Thane involves overseeing a sales team, setting and monitoring sales targets, and driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and repeat business. Daily responsibilities include managing client inquiries, conducting property presentations and site visits, negotiating deals, coordinating with developers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring accurate documentation and closure of transactions. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the research and consulting team to use market insights, feasibility studies, and portfolio analysis in client conversations.
