Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive property sales. The candidate should have excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills with a strong understanding of the real estate market.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop effective sales strategies to generate leads and increase revenue.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide property consultation.
  • Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management.
  • Train and motivate team members to improve productivity and closing ratios.
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/MBA degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
