We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive property sales. The candidate should have excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills with a strong understanding of the real estate market.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop effective sales strategies to generate leads and increase revenue.
- Handle client inquiries and provide property consultation.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management.
- Train and motivate team members to improve productivity and closing ratios.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/MBA degree preferred.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
