Project managers will be the face of our Projects. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will be responsible for maintaining a healthy Lead-to-Sales prospect flow, converting qualified leads, and nurturing leads that are not yet sales-ready.
Responsibilities
- Identifying potential prospects.
- Converting leads through advice and negotiations.
- Visiting the project site to present company offerings to potential/ existing clients.
- Building brand awareness.
- Developing, fostering, and sustaining relationships with clients.
- Expanding the client database through referral generation from existing clients.
Requirements
- Graduate/ Post-Graduate/ MBA from any stream.
- 2-6 years of experience in sales within wealth management/hospitality/co-working/luxury, or managed office sectors.
- Linguistic knowledge: Bi-lingual/ multi-lingual skills will be an added advantage.
- Ownership: Understands the importance of their contribution and takes responsibility for the results delivered.
- Interpersonal skills: Strong at building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and accountable: Takes initiative and works effectively with minimal supervision.
- Solution-focused: Enjoys being part of the solution, not the problem.
- Commitment: Values time, highly organised, able to prioritise and deliver within deadlines.
- Collaboration: A natural team player, enthusiastic, and quick learner.
