Job Description Sales Manager (Real Estate)
Location: Central Mumbai (Projects)

Weekly Off: Monday
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Handle walk-in clients, site visits, and ensure high-quality customer engagement.
- Drive sales for residential projects in Central Mumbai.
- Monitor team performance, daily calls, follow-ups, and closures.
- Train, mentor, and guide sales executives to improve conversions.
- Coordinate with Channel Partners, developers, and internal teams.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with management.
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes and CRM usage.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 36 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential projects.
- Proven experience in handling and closing deals in Central Mumbai locations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-driven approach.
- Ability to manage team pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
