Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Head to lead and manage our growing sales team. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership qualities, an in-depth understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market, and proven experience in achieving sales targets and driving team performance. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills, along with the ability to strategize and implement effective sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's client base and market presence

• Identify business opportunities and establish relationships with developers, investors, and high-net-worth clients

• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on Gurgaon's property trends

• Supervise property site visits, client meetings, and deal negotiations to ensure successful closures

• Review and monitor sales performance, provide training, and ensure CRM data accuracy

• Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities

• Build a high-performance culture within the team through motivation and consistent follow-up

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Head / Sales Manager in real estate (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market (residential & commercial)

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities

• Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and online property portals

• Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of working under pressure

• Own vehicle preferred for client meetings and site visits
